Empowering lives and unlocking human potential through workshops and seminars ![]() Patricia Mason, President of Mason Professional Positive Advantage, is a consultant, certified professional development trainer and author of "Do Something About It" Women Speaking Out. She is a motivational speaker and seminar specialist. Mrs. Mason is the recipient of numerous certificates and diplomas through American Institute of Banking including: Collections, Officer Calling, Supervisory Training, General Banking, Bank Operations, Consumer Credit and Commercial Lending. She is a member of (AAUW) American Association of University Women, (NAFE) National Association for Female Executives (MPWA) Metro Professional Women's Association and listed as an accomplished individual in the Manchester Who's Who. Mrs. Mason attended Miles College is a graduate of Lawson State and Jefferson State. She has a B.A. in executive business administration from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama. She continued her education and earned her Master's Degree from Samford University. Her former employment includes Blue Cross Blue Shield, State of Alabama, Your Beauty, Continental Insurance and AmSouth Bank where she was employed over 20 years. Patricia has been a High School and Middle School Junior Achievement consultant since 1995, where she has educated and inspired young people to understand the American Free Enterprise system, value education and be workforce ready. Ms. Mason's extensive training and management experience with various schools and businesses provides her a strong foundation to direct others in improving their professional and career goals. Her enthusiasm, personality, zeal and commitment to assist individuals and businesses in achieving their objectives have been instrumental in advancing others to a higher level. Mrs. Mason is a member of New Hope Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Gregory L. Clarke. Patricia serves on the New Hope Hospitality Committee. Patricia has been married to Mr. James Mason over 33 years and they are the elated parents of one son. Most importantly Patricia thanks God for preparing her to overcome adversities and face life challenges, whether good or bad. |
